Chelsea are on the hunt for a new striker this summer, with a number of big names being linked.

It appears the club are looking to bring in a ready-made striker who will come in and bang goals right away, without any concerns whether he will fail or not.

Chelsea have a genuine interest in signing Sergio Aguero this summer. For that and a whole lot more of the latest Chelsea transfer updates, check out my personal news website here and the latest update from our insider.

There aren’t many names you could put in that category, but based on the biggest whispers, it appears that Erling Haaland, Romelu Lukaku, and Sergio Aguero top that list of targets that Chelsea are looking at this summer.

We asked Chelsea fans to vote in our poll today on who they would most rather the club signed.

The final results are in and they might surprise you a little more than you expected.

I thought Blues fans were dead cert largely wanting to sign Erling Haaland, but although he is still the winner of the poll, Aguero and Lukaku received quite a few of the results as well.

There were also calls for Andrea Belotti from Torino in the comments, as well as Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan, and Andre Silva from Frankfurt.

But as you can see below, it was Haaland who won with 51.6% of the votes after almost 10,000 people voted.

Then there wasn’t a lot between Lukaku on 24% of the votes, and Aguero on 21.7% of the votes.

This summer? You want..

Can we be greedy and ask for Aguero plus either Haaland AND Lukaku?

Well, with the current striker situations and doubts surrounding the futures of both Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud right now, anything can happen in this business.
